Deciding on a puppy hundreds of miles away without being able to touch and interact with was
a tough decision.  The owner made it easy for us to decide, she knew it was a big decision for our
family considering we already have two Shih Tzu's
and worried about disturbing a good balance.  Her communication is impeccable.  She kept us updated with pictures, Facetime, videos, and answered the numerous questions I had.  She also worked with
our schedule on when we can welcome Poppy home.  She went the extra mile to make sure Poppy arrived safely to us.  I feel she isn't solely concerned about selling a puppy, but wants to make sure they are
going to a good home.  We are really happy with
our little Poppy, she arrived clean, confident, smart, and spunky! The owner is one classy, trustworthy
lady - I can't say enough good things about her.
